Reactive Plate Shoot 2007

The third annual ORPC Reactive Plate Shoot competition took place on 9 June 2007 at the Barnwell range. This event requires shooters to knock down six 8” plates in the fastest time possible. There are 6 timed runs at the plates with the fastest 5 runs to count. Each competitor starting with just 5 rounds loaded into their rifle, a compulsory reload is required on each run just to keep things interesting.

This continues to be a popular event with 9 competitors showing up to challenge their skills.

Lee G deservedly took first place this year and went home with the trophy and a huge smile upon his face! Well done Lee!

Next year, we hope to be shooting steel plates for even more clanging fun!
