Rimfire Reactive Plate Competition 2007

The second annual ‘Rimfire Reactive Plate Shoot’ competition for .22LR rifles took place on 14 July 2007 at the Barnwell range. This event is similar in principle to the pistol calibre plate competition, but this time shooters are required to knock down six smaller 4” plates in the quickest time possible.

There are 6 runs at the plates with the fastest 5 runs to count and starting with just 5 rounds loaded into the gun, a compulsory reload is required each time just to make it interesting.
Nine competitors turned up to show their skills and everyone enjoyed a great afternoon of shooting fun.
