This overall information (eg total number of visitors over a period of time) may be passed onto the Committee and Club members for information purposes. Protecting the privacy of children (under 13) is important. For that reason, we never knowingly collect or maintain information on our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.

We use the information you provide about yourself on the website only for use by Oundle Rifle & Pistol Club. This information will not be shared with third parties without seeking your consent first.

You can ask us, by sending an email to privacy@orpc.org.uk whether we are keeping personal data about you.

Upon request, you can send an email to privacy@orpc.org.uk and we will provide you with a readable copy of the personal data which we keep about you, within a week. We may require proof of your identity before this information is made available to you and we will provide the information without any charge.

We allow you to challenge the data that we hold about you and, where appropriate, you may have the data erased, rectified or amended, or completed.

We reserve the right to refuse to provide our visitors with a copy of their personal data, but will give reasons for our refusal.

We do, however, allow you to challenge our decision to refuse to provide you with a copy of your personal data.
